Providing the natural stomach buffering properties of alfalfa, Omega Chaff is great for slowing increasing bulk, prolonging chewing and saliva production. For horses with concerns of gastric ulcers, Omega Chaff can be fed prior to work to create a fibre mat layer in the stomach to reduce acid splash.

Any dietary changes should be made gradually over a minimum of 7 days. Always provide fresh, clean water. Combine with forage/fibre totalling 1.5%-2% of the horses bodyweight daily. Feeding rates above are a guide only. One stubbs scoop holds 300g of Omega Chaff
